The stronger the leadership, the stronger the field. The ATLI Executive Leadership Program gives Israeli and Palestinian executives the mentorship, peer support, and practical skills development they need to transform their organizations and the field as a whole.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Launched in 2024, the program creates a holistic support system for executive leadership. Participants strengthen their ability to reach broader audiences, secure sustainable funding, build effective teams, and lead with creativity and resilience.

During the seven-month program, participants:

  • Attend monthly in-person meetings at Amal-Tikva's Jerusalem offices

  • Engage in monthly online skill development sessions

  • Receive personalized mentoring and leadership coaching

  • Collaborate in peer learning pods for ongoing support

  • Take part in an international retreat

The program focuses on areas our participants identify as most crucial, including:

  • Strategic storytelling and public speaking

  • Impact measurement and evaluation

  • Management and delegation

  • Leading through conflict

  • Policy influence and advocacy

  • Organizational sustainability

OUR IMPACT SO FAR

WHAT OUR ALUMNI SAY

“After the war broke out, I felt helpless and struggled to build partnerships due to many social and political obstacles. The Amal-Tikva team provided both moral and professional support, helping me connect with other civil society organizations and secure essential professional and administrative resources for Takadom and our team. Their support made all the difference."

Wisam

CEO and co-founder of Takadom for Peace

The 2024 pilot program was a gamechanger for the 10 executive leaders who took part. They have since initiated an ongoing peer network, through which they continue to meet and share expertise
across their different specialty areas.
